Our Team
Your child will be educated by qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educators whose commitment to continuing professional development ensures that the curriculums offered follow current research and best practices.
Our centre strongly values and participates in Primary Educator relationships, enabling us to build trust and attachment with our children and place value on building strong partnerships with their Families. This is based on Kent Hoffman’s’ ”Circle of Security”.
Our educator : child ratios foster close relationships & respect for the unique pace at which each individual child develops.
We base our curriculum on the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards.
The centre promotes a Reflective Practice & Program Mentor (RPPM) whose role is to collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance; and assist educators to understand and implement reflective practice and lead critical reflection discussions to further enhance TQEHCCCCC programs and practice. The centre is also very fortunate to have a Progressive Teacher who supports the whole centre team with large scale projects. Our Progressive Teacher has focused on sustainable practices and embedding these into the curriculum for 2018.
